considerabile sostanza stupefacente.<\/p>\n<p>Spiega il senatore Mantero: \u201cE\u2019 quello meno ambizioso, che riguarda principalmente la biomassa, ma che comunque modifica le legge sulla canapa consentendo di commercializzare i fiori e soprattutto modifica il testo unico per gli stupefacenti stabilendo una volta per tutte che sotto lo 0,5% di thc la canapa non si pu\u00f2 considerare
