La nota del circolo del PD di Albenga in merito alla situazione degli ospedali savonesi parte con una premessa e prosegue con un preciso attacco alle scelte della giunta regionale.<\/p>\n<div Albenga<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>e Cairo \u00e8 stata una chiara scelta politica dell\u2019amministrazione <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>regionale del<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 p<\/span>residente Toti e dell\u2019Assessore Viale<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>e non la<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>si pu\u00f2 spacciare<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>come una \u201cnecessit\u00e0\u201d o peggio come<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>l\u2019unico modo mantenere aperto l\u2019ospedale\u2019 adducendo<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>questioni di bilancio e necessit\u00e0 di risparmio \u2013 spiegano dalla sezione ingauna \u2013 perch\u00e9 se occorreva razionalizzare e risparmiare Toti e Viale<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>potevano,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>ad esempio, non inventarsi ALISA, una sorta di Super ASL<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>che ha dei costi abnormi:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>premi<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>ai<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>dirigenti <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>che sono<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>il<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>triplo<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>di quelli<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>assegnati ai dirigenti<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>delle ASL, un direttore ogni 3,8 addetti e<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>\u2013 sfiorando<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>il ridicolo \u2013 buoni pasto<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>ai dipendenti<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>del valore<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>di 7,00 \u20ac,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>contro i 4 \u20ac riconosciuti<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>ai<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>dipendenti<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>delle<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>ASL\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Continua la nota del partito democratico albenganese: \u201cInvece si continua a suonare la grancassa e<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>a dire che la privatizzazione<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>\u00e8 l\u2019unica cosa che pu\u00f2 salvare l\u2019ospedale di Albenga.\u00a0Nel frattempo chiudono i servizi. Per<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>le<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>visite<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>specialistiche<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>gi\u00e0<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>programmate<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>negli<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>ambulatori dell\u2019ospedale di Albenga i pazienti ricevono telefonate che li spostano a Pietra Ligure o a Savona.\u00a0Noi non siamo di principio<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>contrari alla<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>collaborazione<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>tra sanit\u00e0<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>pubblica<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>e<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>privata. Pensiamo per\u00f2 che sia la sanit\u00e0 pubblica a dover<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>programmare servizi, ospedali e reparti, dopodich\u00e9<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>\u00e8 possibile<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>che alcuni servizi siano esercitati in convenzione col privato.\u00a0Deve essere<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>il<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>pubblico<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>per\u00f2 a decidere i contenuti delle<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>strutture sanitarie<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>e dei servizi territoriali,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>altrimenti<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>la<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>salute e le esigenze dei<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>cittadini<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>non saranno<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>garantiti, ma si garantir\u00e0 solo il privato che investe. E non vale dire, come affermano Calleri e Porro, che nei bandi (bocciati dal TAR) erano chiari impegni e funzioni <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>del <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>privato. Non \u00e8 cos\u00ec. Fossero stati cos\u00ec<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>chiari i bandi<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>forse non sarebbero stati<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>bocciati.\u00a0Questa \u00e8 il nocciolo <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>della <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>nostra<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>opposizione <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>alla <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>\u201cprivatizzazione<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u2018<\/span>totiana\u2019\u201d.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cDetto questo occorre anche riconoscere che se questa operazione<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>\u00e8 per ora fallita non siamo stati noi<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>a<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>farla<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>fallire:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>hanno fatto tutto da soli<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Toti, Viale<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>e<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>ALISA,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>scrivendo un bando che il TAR ha bocciato.
