Il nordafricano ha poi patteggiato due mesi e 20 giorni di reclusione e 80 euro di multa senza sospensione della pena.<\/p>\n<p>Terminata l\u2019udienza \u00e8 tornato libero senza nessuna misura cautelare. Secondo la ricostruzione dei militari, il trentunenne \u00e8 entrato nel negozio e, con la scusa di provarle, si \u00e8 infilato un paio di scarpe ai piedi ed \u00e8 scappato.
